After graduation in Milan with a degree in Marketing Management, Gabriele decided to travel around the world. Learning from several fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels, he mastered the distinctiveness between the service concept, the value of the hospitality, and how to select and determine the most significant ingredients useful for his restaurant.
Gabriele travels worldwide to visit the regions, meet the producers and to source the best quality ingredients to bring authentic Italian flavors to the American table.
My journey started in Palermo (Sicily) where even as a child, I had a strong passion for cooking. I was always the first to help my mother Rita and my father Salvatore in the kitchen after Sunday morning mass.
